Yes! Please email the request along with the passport information of all attendees who need the visas to travel to the U.S. to contact@wwc16.org. -

Please schedule the earliest appointment with your local U.S. embassy, even if these appointments fall after the 16thWWC. Please ensure you acquire a Case Number with the visa application DS-160 and contact us at contact@wwc16.org ASAP so that we can address this issue in a timely manner. -

Please contact us at contact@wwc16.org ASAP and kindly provide us with the Case Number with the visa application DS-160 of each applicant who has been rejected, along with the reasons of the rejection if available, and any other supporting documents, providing as many details as possible. -

If you need to change the athlete’s category or need to update after you submitted the final registration, please email iwuf@iwuf.org, events@iwuf.org and contact@wwc16.org with your requested changes.For the hotel and flight changes, please email contact@wwc16.org directly. Please note that hotel rooms are released on a first come first serve basis. If your preferred hotel is fully occupied, we will do our best to assign you to another hotel of equivalent standard. (please check the email address)

After your final registration, you will receive an confirmation email from us to verify the rooms and flights. Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice detailing the bank information. Use the bank info to complete your wire transfer. -

Yes. However please note that we only cater the team from 11/14 – 11/21 (check out and depart), and judges 11/13 – 11/21, and will not have accommodation and meals outside of this period. You will need to book the hotel and arrange your own meal if the team/judge’s arrival flight is earlier than 11/14 [or 13] and depart later than 11/21. We will not bill you for the extra days.

It is recommended that you exchange US dollars before you travel. Most local banks will not exchange foreign currency unless you are an account holder. While most establishments take credit cards, cash will come in handy when you need to leave a tip for a luggage porter at the airport or hotel.
Hotel & Check in

The standard check-in time for hotel reservations is at 3 PM. If your team arrives earlier than this time, you’ll need to wait until 3 PM to check in for the day. However, if you anticipate arriving much earlier and wish to check in early, we recommend reserving your room for the day before your intended arrival. -

Judges will check in with their accreditation at the Courtyard Hotel on November 13th. All other NF team members will need to check in with the 16th WWC Accreditation Center at the Fort Worth Convention Center on November 14th and 15th. More details will be provided later. -

A “double room” means there are two beds in the room. If you book a double, triple, or quad room, each of these room types will have two beds. So, if you have three or four people in a room, they will need to share a bed. However, if you have two people in a room, each can have their own bed. -
